What is the payment policy?
A minimum deposit must be made to reserve your spot.
Full payment is due 90 days prior to start of workshop, otherwise risk forfeiture of your deposit and opening your space to another individual.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand things happen, so in those situations, the following applies:
All cancellations are subject to a minimum of $100 service charge.
If you cancel, and your spot is filled, you will be refunded the full amount you paid (minus $100 service fee).
However, if you cancel and your spot is NOT filled, the following schedule applies:
Cancel 90 days or more before start of workshop - Full refund (-$100 service fee)
Cancel 60 days or more before start of workshop - 50% refund
Cancel less than 60 days before start of workshop - No refund
What should I bring to the workshop?
A welcome e-mail kit will be sent out 45 days prior to the start of the workshop outlining all gear and necessary items you should bring with you.
Do I have to sleep at the campground?
No, but you are responsible for any other accommodations and is not included in the workshop price.
What about severe weather?
Safety is always a top concern. With that said, turning weather often provides great opportunities to capture dramatic images. Needless to say, we have no “rain delays” or cancelations in photography.
